One of the worst places I’ve ever visited in Perth. The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We came here to buy decking materials as paying customers, but instead we were treated like we were doing something wrong or trying to steal. There was no basic courtesy, no willingness to help, and the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. A business should value every customer, regardless of how big or small the purchase is. Decking Perth were excellent to deal with. They sent a number of quotes through which outlined all the costings and the people I spoke to on the phone were helpful and honest. Tyler from TMS Carpentry was recommended by Decking Perth and he installed our deck. He was also easy to deal with friendly and did a fantastic job. Overall, I would highly recommend both companies.
Great range and knowledge of the boards. Gave us a few options of installers who came and quoted for the work. We went with a composite Moisturiseshield Catalina which looks great against our old pavers and against the house
We had a huge decking area and garden beds built for our patio by Decking Perth, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
