Great people and good service. I have known Gene for over 20 years, but didn't buy a boat till about 9 years ago. A small bass boat. He does all my yearly check ups. Two weeks ago all my electrical went out and I couldn't figure out what I did. I ask Gene to take a look. He told me he was working alone and it would be awhile. That's OK with me, because I knew he would fine it and check the rest of the boat working to make sure all was good. Well, it only took two days and found a loose wire behind the dash board. Fixed! Deckhands is a delta classic! Great place to get you boat fixed or docked. Gene is always out to help people and is usually the 1st on hand to save a boat that is about to hit the bridge. His shop has EVERYTHING YOU need for your boating adventure. Not sure what the previous reviewer had to complain about..except I suspect he had more personal reasons to leave a bad review. Come out to walnut grove and say hi to Gene..he's always around to help out. The walnut grove community would be lost without him. :) Happy boating!
