A great experience! Thrilled with the result and Everett is a true professional in every sense. Our deck was in horrid condition Everett told us not to worry! He took the time to explain the process, helped us select the right color to fix the mess that already existed on the deck and made it look beautiful! We never thought that based on its condition that our deck would look so great. Thanks Everett! We will definitely use DRP again when the need arises!
We were very pleased with the job that DRP provided to us that involved power washing and staining our deck. Emily has great interpersonal skills and was very friendly. Everett was very knowledgeable and clearly has many years of experience and helped us to understand the difference in using various stains. We would highly recommend this company and will use them again.
I DO NOT recommend using this company, if you are currently using this company, I am most likely funding part of your project. We provided the 50% down payment on converting our deck to Trex with some some adjustments to the height of a portion as well. All was well at first, quickly dismantled my deck. We had our deck rebuilt by DRP 2 years ago and were originally very happy with the work the whole crew did. Since then, we began getting large gaps at the seams where the ends of two boards meet. Large enough that my kids trip on them. The owner, Everett, came out to look at it and got us in touch with the manufacturer. After submitting a warranty claim, the manufacturer said they would not cover any claims because DRP did not install the boards per the manufacturers instructions. Not the cheapest but they completed the job on time and with quality. Furthermore, when an issue did arrise they stood behind their work and fixed the problem quickly.
