Avoid this contractor at all costs. I made the mistake of trusting this company with a significant deposit. After taking my money, communication almost completely stopped. The contract guaranteed work would begin within 30 days, yet nothing happened for over three months until I demanded a refund. More than Deck Restoration! I was thrilled to find a company that not only rebuilt my rotted deck but found a way to prevent rot in the future and stained it beautifully. But I'm not finished. They also repaired my chinking AND cleaned skylight windows that were impossible for me. All this done in a timely, courteous manner, working around my schedule at a price that I could afford.
