Wonderful communications, top notch service qnd work over the many years DRP has maintained our decks.
Hate to do this because I never leave bad reviews but man this is the worse customer service and lack of cares I’ve ever received from a person and company. Ordered stripper almost 3 weeks ago and could not get ahold of anyone finally got someone on the phone and said it would be shipped out that day and arrive Monday. And it’s past that date and not here and we are still unable to get ahold of anyone and no updates at all. A great experience! Thrilled with the result and Everett is a true professional in every sense. Our deck was in horrid condition Everett told us not to worry! He took the time to explain the process, helped us select the right color to fix the mess that already existed on the deck and made it look beautiful! We never thought that based on its condition that our deck would look so great. Thanks Everett! We will definitely use DRP again when the need arises!
