If you would like to know the status of taxes on time, Look ELSEWHERE. Have tried reaching out to Monica 4-5 of times but apparently she doesn’t have the time to email, talk, or call back. The office staff assures you that She is busy and will call back but guess what? She wont ever call back or respond to an email. My tax extension was due on the Apr 15th but haven’t heard a single thing so far and I may never will at this point.
RUN AWAY! Monika Hengesbach aka Monika Heaton has made me loose thousands of dollars due to missing deadlines and penalties I received. Now she does not want to be responsible and does not respond to any communication. She has lost most of her team as well. Read other negative reviews with similar experience, other positive reviews are AI and paid reviews. Look at reviews on Yelp. We will be suing her. Also know that she is not a CPA, has a foreclosure, and been sued before. More to come.

Extremely slow to communicate. Very disappointing outcome being a new client thus easily sidelined. Made first contact June 25th with a single year run of the mill S-corp return. September 4th and still not done. Avoid at all cost.
