Decimals is all about their bottom line. I'm a truck driver. All I needed was someone to do my quarterly taxes and that's about it. Decimals tax convinced me to do s Corporation. That means they get to do payroll , all sorts of state stuff like unemployment even though its just me. Then they didn't file my taxes on time. Bummer. But problem is since your s Corporation you should know this. So they come after you the president instead of the cpa.
Decimals tax is about their bottom line not yours. I am an owner operator truck driver. All I needed was someone to do my quarterly taxes and do my taxes. Next thing I know I become an s Corporation. Then I'm paying payroll payroll fees. Unemployment taxes even though its just me. Then they charge me me corporate and individual taxes. 3400$ for corporate and 971$ for fed and state.
