Decimals is all about their bottom line. I'm a truck driver. All I needed was someone to do my quarterly taxes and that's about it. Decimals tax convinced me to do s Corporation. That means they get to do payroll , all sorts of state stuff like unemployment even though its just me. Then they didn't file my taxes on time. Bummer. But problem is since your s Corporation you should know this. So they come after you the president instead of the cpa.
Decimals tax is about their bottom line not yours. I am an owner operator truck driver. All I needed was someone to do my quarterly taxes and do my taxes. Next thing I know I become an s Corporation. Then I'm paying payroll payroll fees. Unemployment taxes even though its just me. Then they charge me me corporate and individual taxes. 3400$ for corporate and 971$ for fed and state. Problem was they filed my fed taxes late cost me 1143 in taxes. Call em up they say they can help. Bottom line they can't. So greedy . incompe... read more
