I am giving Ray Dechant one star only because zero isn't available. This company has been performing my required annual business audit for years. This year after avoiding my emails and phone calls for seven months he told me with two weeks left in the fiscal year that he won't have time to do it. I am fine with someone declining my business but I can't imagine who wouldn't have had the decency to tell me that seven months ago. Very unprofessional.
