My name is Bryan. I wanted to take the time to write this much needed review. I was traveling yesterday on US highway 83 hitch hiking south trying to get to Oakley Kansas to do some work. I wasn't having very good luck at all. A young police officer stopped and did a routine check on me. He was very professional and new to the force. He appeared to be a good guy.
