I'm super upset about my order. I have tried getting ahold of your shop thru multiple avenues. What I ordered and what I received is not the same. I will never do business with you again. I didn't get them in a day and I never have gotten a call or response to emails or messages I sent thru social media. What a poorly run business.

I bought 9 item from them didn't receive 2 supposed to credit my credit card back and have not got it back yet and I sent 4 item back for a different size they received the package and haven't received nothing back or store credit and I have tried to contact them numerous of times I called don't get no calls back this place is a rip-off

I recently placed an order with them and received the email saying it has been shipped. but when I went to track the package, It shows that it is still in Gilbert,AZ awaiting pickup. which has been over a week now. tried to call them to find out what is going on both numbers go right to voicemail boxes 1 of which is not set up. and tried to email them just to be told that the email can not be delivered. My daughter ordered online and did not receive her items. She will head to the bank tomorrow to try and get her money back. But that is not why I am submitting a review. I’ve love his company. When I was ordering items I liked I was getting them within a decent time frame. Recently I placed an order in October and have yet to receive my order. I’ve called several times to reach the owner and manager. I’ve got told I’m talking to a manager and ask how much longer it’s going to take to get my order I placed about 3 month ago and all I get told is they are never sorry they had a flood in their warehouse and will take down my information as far as having the owner get back with me. BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a pair of jeans in Sept 2017 to pick up in store. A week went by and I did not hear from this business. I called the number listed on their website. No one answers the phone and the message states the voicemail mailbox is not set up. I sent an email to them via the website. I also texted the phone number. No response from the company in any way. I ordered jeans from them over a month ago and have yet to receive them. I spent over 100 dollars and when I called and somebody finally answered the phone the woman took all my information and said the boss man would call me. I have yet to hear anything and have called everyday since and nobody will answer the phone!! I am out of money and they are stealing it!

My husband bought me a pair of Grace in LA jeans for Christmas and they were the wrong size. We returned them and they were signed for by Decadence on January 3rd. It is now February 10th and we still have no reply. We have called, emailed, called their retail stores, and messaged through ********. My mother just ordered on Nov 15th a pair of *** boots that were on sale. The shipping said a sticker was made and as of Nov 30th, still just says a shipping sticker was made. I called and the guy was rude. Was told I needed to wait another 2 days before they will take action, he called and was told the package was more then likely lost.
