Together, "we" (DeBug Mobility and I) suffered "supply chain issues" like everyone else in the world in the last couple years. Donna stayed involved, Mike in production stayed involved. I was intrigued by the Beach Walker, yet hesitant to purchase it because I am very aware of differences in beach environments, it is expensive (though a good value), and I could not see and try one before purchasing. Our experience with DeBug Mobility Products was phenomenal! The customer service was top notch - Donna was with me every step from order to delivery and incredibly proactive. The beach walker itself is very well made. My mom can get it in and out of the car herself and loves using it for walks on the beach. It’s a sturdy chair when she needs to rest and enjoy watching the waves. Cannot recommend this company highly enough!
Karen and her staff were so professional and courteous. The kept their word on every commitment that they made, and the DeBug performs superbly.
