Stay away from this agency. Scheduled a phone appointment, but received call 1 1/2 hrs later. Person answering calls (Russ) gives misinformation. Asked attorney to confirm statements made by Russ, but she told me to talk to him. When I asked what was his title - she didn’t appear to be sure, even though he works for her. When I asked how did she not know what his title was, she accused me of being aggressive and didn’t care whether or not I wrote this review and ended the consultation call.
