Stay away from this agency. Scheduled a phone appointment, but received call 1 1/2 hrs later. Person answering calls (Russ) gives misinformation. Asked attorney to confirm statements made by Russ, but she told me to talk to him. When I asked what was his title - she didn’t appear to be sure, even though he works for her. So I filed for chap 13 I went Downton on January 03 2018 short story I got there they I needed my taxes my lawyer did not tell me this so I lost a work day.
