I honestly don’t understand why Google makes you give a company 1 start but whatever. I wouldn’t recommend this firm if it was the last firm on earth handling debt. The customer service SUCKS. They never answer the phone, barely emails , but if that payment doesn’t go through all of a sudden they can text , call & email. I can’t wait until my case is done so that I can never have to deal with them again. Ugh 0/10 !!
Very helpful , everything was detailed upfront portal is very easy to use to upload all your information. Payments are automatic so you don’t have to worry about it
Dreat customer service
So I hired Debtstoppers because I thought it was a good idea but sadly it was the worst. They only show interest on the case when you are about to pay the first 78.00 fee for filing, later that you filed for bankruptcy they don’t gonna answer calls or emails if they call you they remain in silence and hang out the call then when call back to return the call they can barely speaks in English. I told them that I’m not longer need their services and they just send me a reminder of court day even when u send emails letting them ... read more
I'm satisfied with the help I received. At first it was a little difficult to get through to them but once the process got going it went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.
