This is the worst most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. Once they get your money they are not interested in helping you or even returning your phone call. I have been call for a entire month, leaving multiple voice messages and no one will return my call. I have paid a chapter 13 for 5 complete years, my case got dismissed and not discharged due to unprofessional communication. I am so hurt and disappointed. I filed for Chapter 13 in 2017. January 2019, I received Notice to Dismiss because, I was behind around $1,000.00. I called the Trustee department and were told my payroll department was not deducting the right amount. I called my attorney and we’re told a new order for deductions was never issued to my payroll department. My Attorney requested a copy of my check stub to present to the courts.
