Eugene Feldman and his assistant Melissa are horrible to deal with. Melissa never seems to know what she’s talking about and never follows up. They don’t reach out to you at all — you have to constantly follow up with them just to find out what’s going on with your own case. Emails go unanswered and communication is all over the place. If the word “bankruptcy” makes your stomach drop, same. I was honestly dreading the whole process, but Eugene made it feel way less intimidating. He explains everything in plain English, keeps it simple, and makes sure you’re never left confused or overwhelmed. I always knew what was going on, which made such a difference. So grateful I found him. Highly recommend.
