8th update: Wish they woulda told me a long time ago that I could lower the monthly cost due to job schedule changes instead of having to skip a payment. Now I lost one settlement due to not knowing this 😑 and probably woulda been able to save it, had I known 🤦🏽♀️. Very deceptive with initial description of program. I was told I would pay $250 a month for 27 months and would be debt free. WRONG!!! They settled one account of $7000 for about half. I then had to pay the an additional $2000 in fees to them. It saved me only around $1500 while greatly reducing my credit score, so I quit the program with another account of $11,200 pending. After I fired them I got a call from a collection agency to settle the $11,200 account for $2200, a savings of $9000.00!! I understand this company is in... read more
