8th update: Wish they woulda told me a long time ago that I could lower the monthly cost due to job schedule changes instead of having to skip a payment. Now I lost one settlement due to not knowing this 😑 and probably woulda been able to save it, had I known 🤦🏽♀️. Between Debt rx and there staff I will be debt free by the end of the year. I would just like to say that Christine Crowly has went above and beyond her self to help me through the legal matters that I have. If your scale went to 10 I would give her a ten 10. 7th update: I miss Shauna lol they got this new girl she made it so complicated just to “skip a pay” it felt more like an interrogation versus “heres the form, fill it out send it back.”😄 SIMPLE! 🙅🏽♀️but she went as far as telling me I could get “kicked out the program” 🤨….first of all I never had an issues with doing a “skip a pay” and understand it may take longer to pay off my settlements.
