9th update: The guy I speak to is good with returning my calls/emails and keeping me updated. I just wish they were user friendly online, as in a graph or something that breaks everything down, track the offer, negotiation etc. That way we see exactly what we are paying for and where everything is going. 8th update: Wish they woulda told me a long time ago that I could lower the monthly cost due to job schedule changes instead of having to skip a payment. Now I lost one settlement due to not knowing this 😑 and probably woulda been able to save it, had I known 🤦🏽♀️.
