Between Debt rx and there staff I will be debt free by the end of the year. I would just like to say that Christine Crowly has went above and beyond her self to help me through the legal matters that I have. If your scale went to 10 I would give her a ten 10. 7th update: I miss Shauna lol they got this new girl she made it so complicated just to “skip a pay” it felt more like an interrogation versus “heres the form, fill it out send it back.”😄 SIMPLE! 🙅🏽♀️but she went as far as telling me I could get “kicked out the program” 🤨….first of all I never had an issues with doing a “skip a pay” and understand it may take longer to pay off my settlements. 6th update: Wish they would improve their app to see the total “pool” of money you have in their account. Versus how much debt you have left to pay off etc. Their Global app only gives a monthly pay statement, which you can just see on your bank account.
