HORRIBLE!!! I called to inquire about 20 mins ago and this hostile “customer service rep” was so hostile didn’t want to explain anything was so rude and started to argue with me “why are you asking if I already told you? He said -l! I’m not arguing etc etc” and in a calm tone I asked again “Why are you arguing with me?” He hung up on me! Recently the company made a mistake of charging me over $500 despite the fact that my account should’ve been closed because I chose to pay a set amount instead of continuing my monthly payments. They did agree to begin the refund process, but they were extremely rude & continuously blamed me for the incident instead of taking any sort of responsibility.
