Debra is the best! She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and really listens to you. I've never felt rushed during my appointments and her sessions are always so healing. I was struggling with infertility and I truly think acupuncture with Debra helped me regain balance, improve IVF success, and get past that stage in my life. She also helped me through the various stages of my pregnancy. Maya, her assistant, makes scheduling and billing insurance a breeze as well. Highly recommend!
Debra is a true healer who changed the course of my post-concussive syndrome. I was dealing with head and neck pain, as well as sympathetic overdrive (overactive fight or flight response), in addition to other inflammatory symptoms from other conditions. As someone knew to acupuncture, Debra was extremely skilled, thoughtful, and conscientious in partnering with me to establish a plan best tailored to me and my needs. As someone with anxiety, her treatment helped me get through the worst of the winter and helped to reduce my symptoms. Debra is also extremely personable and will remember anything you share about yourself! I felt valued as a patient and a person. Would definitely recommend for new and experienced acupuncture clients!
I have to say, despite all the 5 star reviews here, my initial appointment experience with Debra was a bit disappointing. She's perfectly nice and thorough with her assessment, but I felt the treatment itself fell short compared to any place I've ever had acupuncture done. I'm not sure if it was the needle arrangement she did or the fact that it was blazing hot in the room (or both), but I left feeling not very relaxed and even a bit irritated that I had just spent $150 for that session.
