Everyone is always helpful and puts in whatever amount of time and effort is needed to get the job done. Rodney is a wonderful human being who cares about his clients and his staff. Hagan & Associates is a great asset to our community!
I submitted my taxes in 3/26. Had to file extension. In July still had not heard word 1 from them despite 5 phone calls to Hagan. Each time I was promised a return call, but none ever came. I will never use them for any type of work again.
Rodney Hagan is terrible. I've sent email, made phone calls, no response. I need the K-1's, annual tax return information he filed on behalf of a business partner. Do not hire these folks!
Hagan Johnson & Associates were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very professional, efficient, and made the process smooth from start to finish. Dealing with taxes can be very stressful but they were so kind and understanding throughout whole process. Thank you So Much Kathryn, Theresa, and Rodney for going above and beyond. I highly recommend Hagan Johnson & Associates to anyone looking for a team that is both skilled and genuinely caring.
I have been working with Jandi for over 2 years through my company and she's great. She handles the payroll and tax documents efficiently.
