Debra is amazing. Have used her 3 times now and she is very professional, knowledgeable and hard working. Will always promptly answer any questions whether she is in town on vacation and anytime of day. I'm sure I'm a pain in the butt to deal with but she persevered through it and got it done and always treated me with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend her if you need your first mortgage or are just renewing.

My husband and I are self-employed and have been for 6+ years. We tried going through the banks with no response from one, then multiple errors from the other! The mortgage specialist didn’t even know what she was talking about. We finally got fed up with it and spoke with Debra. She had our mortgage in less than a week and was absolutely incredible to deal with. She was super accommodating to our schedule and knew exactly what information we would need to get the mortgage. Debra was excellent. She really spends the time to make sure everything is in order and looking good. She is specific and meticulous, which can be daunting, but you know at the end of the day there will be no issues with the paperwork. And she's always on the lookout for better rates. She messaged us, and got our rate lowered in the two after we had already signed out finalizing forms, but before the closing date. Top notch.
