Can't Believe what she said in a mediation session between my Wife and her ex husband concerning alimony payments. She basically threatened said to her that why would you want this mediation to go a court when my Wife's accountant had a legal issue that was public knowledge when you googled him. That"s what a lawyer might say if he was representing the Ex Husband! But she was the mediator! Totally unprofessional.
I had started my divorce proceedings with an attorney who ended up not being responsive, lacked much needed communication skills, and was simply unavailable.
