So very unprofessional, requested my refund as zero work was done, paralegal had a huge language barrier, made complaints for a switch to the owner DEBORAH HAMILTON with in weeks of complaint she switched me, come to find out they still took my money down the road never got a straight answer out 4628.00 for nothing. Very disappointed and would not recommend, this was a very sensitive case, she didn't seem to care or have the professionalism to break it all down. If i could give zero stars i would.
