Do not use this lawyer - recently I discharged and was shocked to find that any release letters requested by mortgage lenders are assessed a hefty charge adhoc and without warning. Debbie has leverage at this point because the lenders won't let you make a payment until they have authorization to communicate with you, and guess who is standing between you and them?
