This is the third counselor I have tried in 8 years. Sometimes I feel like it will take me forever to build the relationship with the counselor first and then forever to get to where I need to go in my life with their assistance. She helped bring me right into the present and get to the issues that brought me to her. I also found practical things I could do daily to help make the changes I wanted, all on the first visit.
