Absolutely one of the best, if not the best, physical therapists in W.N.Y. Deborah's knowledge and physical therapy protocals produce results where others fail. If you need physical therapy treatment I highly recommend Deborah A. Specht, P.T. I treated with other therapists and obtained little or no relief or improvement in my condition.
