I am very disappointed to hear that this company would not offer a partial credit for a suit my neighbors son tried to rent for his fathers funeral. He went in for a fitting a week before and was going to pickup the suit the next week as the funeral was on Thursday. He just turned 19 and was waiting for his credit card but it arrived two days after the funeral. He paid $ 262.08 for the fitting and rental, which he was not able to wear because he did not have a credit card in time and he does not have anyone else's to use. We... read more
