The experience of getting a custom suit was great. The finished product came out looking and fitting perfect. They were quick to finish my alterations. The only thing that wasn't clear were that all sales are final. I purchased a tie in the beginning just to secure it, but I was under the impression I could exchange or refund. So that part wasn't made clear.
