If I could leave 0 stars I would. I rented a tux here and everything went fine. However, the second time I rented here was a disaster. The tux was supposed to be the exact same fit as the previous week. Harjinder and Tamra we not helpful in the least bit. I told Harjinder I was in a hurry because I already waited a while for pick. Edit: they managed to make things right and worked around my schedule to get the suit to me in time. I appreciate it. I would recommend against getting a custom suit here or a rental if you have a timeline or deadline. Told the suit would be ready Monday. Suit was bought and paid for in a timely manner (900 dollars). I come to get it and unfortunately they said its not ready. Very little concessions on making amends just a handful of sorrys.
