Bought a piece of jewelry right before closing and came back the next afternoon to exchange for a different piece and was refused an exchange. Had receipt but not a tag- (Small tag attached is very important for a return). I was looking for an exchange. employee said you can't wear the jewelry and expect to return it. Less than 24 hours- you should be able to exchange anything these days. Rude employee and fraudulent exchange policy. When your in such a nice town as Fernadina you should be treated better.

Debonair's merchandise is poor quality and overpriced. Staff members are extremely rude and not helpful. The store doesn't belong in downtown Fernandina Beach.
