Debi is an excellent nutritionist. I had so many questions when I first met with her and she answered all of them. After years of eating the wrong foods I developed many digestive problems. I have autoimmune disease and gluten intolerance. Getting to the root cause of my problems and having the support and direction from such a kind, caring person has been a Godsend. I just had my consultation today with Debi to go over my very complex Genetic testing results. She not only consulted with me, she prepared a several page document outlining explanation of the results prior to my appointment so that I could better prepare for our meeting. Debi has the ability to explain complex terminology so that you can understand it. I went to her because I appreciate holistic recommendations. Highly recommend her for all your holistic nutritional & food/genetic testing needs.
Debi truly cares about her clients. She intuitively develops the best nutritional program unique to their needs. Debi helped me understand the importance of eating quality calories but also understanding how macronutrients play a major role with caloric intake.
