I had a truly terrible experience working with Debbie's Accounting Service. I was scheduled to have a phone appointment with Nick, who never called me. I called their office to find out what was going on--they said he was running behind and that he would call me soon. He never did. First time I met Debbie, she was eating and talking and food from her mouth splashing on my face, said she had to eat to be in good mood and get me money. She laughed and announced loudly where everyone could hear that I owe IRS a lot of money and need to be paid by Monday. I knew I was going to pay,. The interaction was off, her behavior, body language and the manner she was talking to me was likely to suggested she doesn’t like people like me at all. She was so rude and treated me in the worst way possible.
Debbie has been doing our taxes for the past three years. We couldn't be happier. Prior to Debbie we used a very well-known agency, but it soon became a nightmare for many reasons. I visited Debbies accounting firm to prepare an amended tax return for a previous tax year. I was told to acquire from the IRS my past tax transcripts to ensure all income was verified and properly accounted for. Two days later, I receive an email stating Debbies accounting now wanted to perform additional bookkeeping services to verify past expenses. Debbie is very rude and unprofessional. 2 years in the row she has been filling a wrong tax return. First year she missed it, second year she put the wrong information and it has been denied. The information she put it wrong, she asked prior to file the tax return and I have all the proofs in my email.
She needs to cut down the work load or hire an accountant. She has been screwing my tax returns since last 2 years, every time I call her to fix it she says I am very busy and overlooked things.
Debbie has done my taxes for 8yrs!! She always gets us out in under 30min!! She is a Tax Ninja!! Knows how to get you as much back as possible!!! She’s AWESOME!! Whole office is helpful & fast. ❤️🙏🏼
