Debbie is an AMAZING counselor. She has helped me in so many ways. I was a bit nervous my first visit and she made me feel at ease, as if I had known her all my life. She has such a simple yet effective way of teaching new healthy habits that will allow me to gain more confidence when faced with a stressful situation. She also has helped me gain new perspective on the importance of mental health and the treatment of it to gain and restore overall health to ones self. I highly recommend her.
