This is only my opinion , I think the fees that they quote are extremely high compared with many other conveyancers in Tasmania , They wanted $2,800 for the conveyancing when selling a property when on the Mainland there are many conveyancers available for under $500 and in the Tasmania , conveyancers who are also solicitors with more professional qualifications to help with any legal issues that can rise from conveyancing are quoting under $2,000 for their services.

When you come across a conveyancing team with a near 5 star rating, usually this would indicate smooth sailing if you were to engage them. Unfortunately, we have completed settlement on a property as buyers and feel that any service that was contractually agreed upon wasn't met.
