I would not recommend this counsellor. I paid $170 for a 50-minute session and, for that price, I did not feel I received value for money. I also did not feel her approach was trauma-informed. She was not very sensitive to my situations either. Communication was another issue. She seemed to forget things I had discussed with her, and I often felt I had to repeat myself and chase things up.
