This was our first time using Deb and her team, I was very pleased with their response time and how helpful they were when we had questions. Great overall experience, I would definitely recommend them to others and use their services in the future.
They went the extra mile!!! Problems with old lender caused issues switching to a new one and they made lemonade out of lemons. Dealt with everything in a very professional matter. No hesitation in recommending Deb and Kelli.
Horrible experience a few years ago that cost me THOUSANDS of dollars. Deb told me that I could qualify on my own and then when it was the day before signing, the deal she made fell through. I ended up having to take a HUGH interest rate increase for 8 months ($1100 a month increase) until she could fix her mistake. Only compensation was she didn't charge me her fee! Unfortunately before it went south I had referred my sister-in-law and she did a similar thing to her, which also cost her money.
I've used the 1st lady of mortgages multiple times..never an issue, she makes the process fun and ez...
I only have one word for Deb White of White House Mortgages. OUTSTANDING. Over the years I have done most of my own mortgages. This time the financial Institution didn't want to "play fair". I was in serious trouble, but Deb came to the rescue, the consequences could have been very expensive had it not been for her experience and skills.
