I purchased a gift card for my granddaughter for Christmas and unfortunately she lost it. We want to the store and spoke to the manager asking if there was some way they could still honor it. We were very rudely told they would not honor it and there was nothing they could do. With that kind of customer service, I understand why they are closing!
