In this time of high prices and people struggling they don't care. Willing to put a hold on my checking for 90 days then after speaking with them he threatened to suspend our drivers license which is how my husband makes money. They think paying them is more important than food on the table, electricity and a roof over our heads
Was never served to be sued just all of a sudden they are garnishing my wages and it doesn't say why either, the date or says the stuff started was 2020 and I've lived in the same place since before then, only way I knew anything about it is my job sending me a garnishment paper in the mail they never attempted to contact me, had the same phone number for like 10 years and same address
These people are ignorant and no good individuals ! Wanna garnish wages on a judgement that I was never served for! Then don’t even apply the correct amounts they been taking! They are way over charging me and can’t even provide the original paperwork to the creditor! Not to mention on something. That is 10yrs old they have to get a real job and earn their money like everyone else instead of stealing money!!!
