I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. Reasons are the following. 1. Doesn't return messages in a timely manner. 2. Likes to talk about other cases in front of you. 3. Brags about all the political people that they know. 4. Makes lewd and vulgar jokes which is inappropriate for a law firm. 5. Is extremely rude to their clients. Do not waste your time going to this firm.
Google is pretty tricky with REVIEWS! We happen to be current clients of Deerfield law firm and Tim and Elizabeth are amazing. They have been very attentive and empathetic. We are very far into our bankruptcy and they go the extra mile. I live hours away from their office and Tim has driven here on multiple occasions to get paperwork completed or to discuss our case! pertaining to the response about not being there until 2012, that's not true as i filed in the year 2000 with them at the location they are at so nice try but they have been there
Very friendly, Elizabeth is always on top of things and always so friendly. I like the atmosphere there they don't judge you nor make you feel uncomfortable about filing bankruptcy
This law firm in 2009 sabotaged my chapter 13 after taking my money. My payment was 105.00 monthly. It grew over 700.00 a month. I could not pay and live. I was dismissed. Dont trust them when they ask you to sign forms that hasn't been filled out yet by them. Get a copy right away.I was down about bankruptcy and I trusted my lawyer. Bad mistake on my part.
