We were looking to buy a home listed by them in Cincinnati. They beat around the bush on disclosures of issues with the house. Something is not right. Feels like they are dragging the owner around waiting for them to give up and they will take advantage of it. One conversation and it was clear something is not right. Be warned.
Would never trust them and planning on final a complaint with the better business bureau and the state appraisal office. They were used by the bank to review our re fi. They appraised our house for the same price that it appraise for when we bought it over 4 years ago. The market has drastically risen since then and they also used houses with less bedrooms, smaller lots, no basements and outliers compared to comps that were 30k or more higher. This place is a scam.
