Never have I dealt with the level of incompetence exemplified by Courtney who works at the City Treasury. I paid my taxes in full online using the DivDat payment system. The system had some sort of glitch and I was charged twice as a result. I called the city Treasury as soon as I noticed the duplicate payment and was told by Courtney that they see the duplicate charge but cannot do anything as of yet since it had not posted and that I should call back the following week.
