I have had excellent experiences with Dearborn Federal Savings Bank. The tellers know my name and are always professional. The mortgage for our home was easy and was NEVER sold. I highly recommend it.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I am going to refinance my home loan just to get rid of these people. They charge late fees for the bank transfers being delayed. No fault of the customers but by all means everyone has the funds to pay you an extra $50 bucks when you mess up. Apparently it happened before and I received no notice. Go anywhere else. They are a small poorly run bank.
