I love this boutique! I ordered from them each month and the shipping is always quick and the prices are great. All of the the merchandise that they have is unique and excellent quality. Keep up the good work!
I ordered a pair of shorts on 17 June and paid priority shipping. After a week, I sent several emails inquiring as to where my order was and if there was a tracking number, no one responded. I finally got in touch with somebody today, (27 June) who was on vacation. She told me that she thought my order had gone out , but evidently it slipped through the cracks and now they don’t have my size. LAME. How much longer were they going to hold onto my money had I not inquired? Extremely disappointing, they offered me nothing else.
Literally the WORST return policy ever both online and in store. Returned an item one DAY too late because I assumed there was a 20 or 30 day return policy like every other shop. Now I’ve been stuck with a store credit I can’t even spend to get rid off because they pick crazy patterns, unflattering silhouettes, and bad colors for items. Not to mention the “cute photos” of the clothes never include just a straight shot of the items facing forward so you can see the actual shape of the item on.
