Emailed and called for fax number. Took 2 months to get contact the first time. Now it’s going on month 2 again. No returned emails or phone calls. Left voicemails Monday through Wednesday. Even started calling and leaving messages on the other days of the weeks as well.
No one never contacted me after completing online contact request.
