The staff are long standing which speaks volumes. So caring and allways working hard to create a home from home environment.
This care home is of disgusting quality. I know that the local authority have passed their standards with the care quality commission but that’s only because standards drastically pick up with appointments and being informed as to when the audits are being undertaken. In my opinion this care home needs auditing on ad hoc basis. The management and head staff are not at all compassionate to the elderly needs, nor have the professionalism to administrate the business accordingly.
