My first experience with a notary was, sadly, not a positive one. I needed a notary as a witness for home title signatures and it seemed that Deanne could not have been more aggravated with the process. She was 20 minutes late for our appointment with no apology, she didn't put effort into answering my questions, saying that she didn't know the documents or contract since it wasn't hers (though I'm sure she's made these documents in the past for homebuyers so I felt she could've at least gotten the gist of it...), when I ask... read more

I was very disappointed with the level of service I received. The notary failed to properly stamp the document with their information, which resulted in my document being flagged and pushed my process back a considerable amount of time. Considering the simplicity of the task, I feel the fee charged was excessive given the lack of attention to detail.
