This was our first time, and Deanna sat with us and explained everything. She asked us questions to learn more about why we were there and what we wanted to achieve. She really made us feel so relaxed.

I have just concluded a treatment block with Deanna as part of an IVF cycle. I found Deanna to be very knowledgeable, empathetic and supportive of the IVF journey I was on. Deanna put my care first, even rearranging appointments last minute when my clinic dates and times changed so that I could still have the acupuncture at the times that would be most beneficial to help me during stimulation, retrieval and implantation phases.
