This firm has done my taxes for several years. Whether I pay or get a refund, I know the work is accurate. I appreciate their straight forward honest information.
Do business with Deanna Ramsey at your own risk. She's unprofessional and flat out rude. In addition, she charged an arm and a leg to do my 2014 taxes. Although I fully trusted her as a professional, my taxes were screwed up. I found out after the returns were filed that a huge error was made. Now I'm having to re-file my 2014 return. She was happy to fix her error for a $75 fee. Wow!!!
I can't say enough about how wonderful she has been. So informative and helpful. I have a new small business and she helped me get my feet under me. Truly knowledgable and professional! She goes above and beyond!
