They are winding down the business and this is blatantly obvious since we have been battling them to do the last thing needed to finalise an estate. For months we have been trying to get a house transferred into other names but all we have got is no response to emails or phone calls. Promises not kept to call back and really really bad service. It's bad enough we have to deal with the loss without having to have a solicitor who can't do their job.
I've used Deane & Associates on a number of occasions with real estate both in relation to buying and selling. The service is always efficient and professional and the fees are very reasonable too. Highly recommended.
