Poor customer service! I Ordered two collars and the first collar lining was the wrong color. No problem. Ordered the second one and a $2 metal ring fell off. I asked for replacement and they refuse stating that the dog i.d. tag caused the metal ring to fall off. Really.. this is a heavy duty leather collar. We had no problem with the first collar.. These collars are expensive and are expected to last but I recieved no service, only blame for what I believe to be a manufacturing defect. I will not be purchasing from this... read more

Have had the collar for about a year now and the quality is pretty good but there is a design flaw you should be aware of if you order the “extra D ring”. The D ring is too big to secure the end of the leather collar. Consequently the end of the collar just ends up flopping around everywhere. It’s very annoying to have an expensive collar ruined by this design flaw.

Harness came quickly! Like it was prefitted and it slipped right on and fit perfect Look so comfortable on him and Gus my pyr is happy so is mom ..
