I was returning form Odyssey of the Mind tournament in Lancing MI and had scheduled Dean Trailways for a pickup from our dorm and take us to Detroit International Airport. The trip started out fantastic, bus was on time picked us up at our assigned location. Made it out a little late due to other stops being behind. Disaster started when another family was not at their assigned location and complained enough to get the dispatch to have the bus turned around.
