waited for the once a year warehouse sale to purchase a new gun safe. found a safe that met my needs and saved a few dollars. had safe delivered couple weeks later , delivery guys were professional and answered all my questions. will be back next year to buy another safe. everybody was professional , friendly and answered questions i had
I was at the Warehouse sale and I must admit that they had their act together. The sale staff was wonderful and my overall experience was GREAT. Wish that I had the room and money for the safe that I really wanted, but I am happy with my purchase.
Mary at Dean Safe kept the showroom doors open after closing to make sure all of our questions got answered. She also told us that the safe we chose may be on sale if we waited a week for there sale event. We went back, spoke with Mary again, made our purchase and scheduled delivery. On delivery day, their driver/installer called us that morning to give us an exact time they would show up.
