Thank you so much I take personal pride in getting people taken care of. and keeping dogs with their families..
They cancelled my policy even though I had the payment, I will not leave my card unlocked though,and I called to make payment,was informed they ONLY take payments at 3 a.m. You can not make a payment any other way. I have had money taken twice from leaving my card unlocked, I sat up to wait til 3 a.m,and they tried to take pay.ent at 2:35,not 3,so how can I make a payment? I got cancelled and my support animals life is on the line. Very unprofessional and very sketchy. I wouldn't recommend this company if you value your dog,... read more

<p>First the policy has not been cancelled it is pending cancellation. Second I offtered to accept a check, or that she leave her credit card open for one hour between 2 and 3 AM. She demands that I tell her exact minute the payment will be pulled by the credit card company. I do not control a huge credit card processing company and she has indicated that makes me sketchy. She indicated that she had a debit card and that she had emailed me the information I never recieved that email. I then gave her my cell phone so that sh... read more
