Total shoot down. My family like many others have been going to him for 20+ years however I tried to book an appointment he asked “ have I done your taxes before“ I said “no, i’m new, he replied he doesn’t take new customers” You should retire sir.

We have been coming to Deans for almost ten years after following the recomendation from my father who had used Deans service for over 25 years ! He and his wife handle the scheduling and do an incredible job of it with having so many clients.. .He always knows the newest tax changes too! !! As a matter of fact... We are on our way there now for our 8am appointment, hope we won't owe too much to Uncle Sam. . Lol ...Have a great day all
