Any positive review posted was made from Dean bank because it’s very evident this is the Worse bank of all time and there is no competition. These people must all be salary based because there is absolutely no urgency in them to get anything done. The ceo should really consider firing everyone in the commerical department or changing them from salary to commission. Love this bank I have been with them for many years they're always so nice and helpful
I'm a former customer, who switched to another bank with branch offices and ATM's closer to my home. While trying to enroll in Zelle at my current bank, I was informed my email and phone number were already tied to Zelle with other banks. In order to enroll, I had to remove my email or phone from a bank where I have used Zelle. As a former customer, I could not access my info on their web site.
