I'm a former customer, who switched to another bank with branch offices and ATM's closer to my home. While trying to enroll in Zelle at my current bank, I was informed my email and phone number were already tied to Zelle with other banks. In order to enroll, I had to remove my email or phone from a bank where I have used Zelle. As a former customer, I could not access my info on their web site.
